Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Landscaping & Fencing Customer Care Team Leader to lead a team of landscaping and fencing operatives across commercial and domestic projects.

The successful candidate will have previous experience supervising a team and a strong practical background in landscaping and fencing. You will be responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while managing day-to-day challenges and resolving unexpected issues on site.

Key Responsibilities Your duties may include:

Leading and supervising a team of landscaping and fencing operatives

Organising daily work and ensuring maximum efficiency from the team

Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail

Turfing, including strip and relay work

Shrub, hedge and tree planting

Hard landscaping, including slab and block work

Installation of land drainage systems

Installation of new fencing

Repairs and maintenance of existing fencing

Identifying and resolving problems encountered on site

Ensuring work is carried out safely and in accordance with site requirements

Working effectively with clients, colleagues and other contractors

Requirements The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience leading or supervising a landscaping/fencing team

Strong practical experience in landscaping and fencing

Excellent attention to detail

Good problem-solving skills

The ability to organise and motivate a team

A strong understanding of site safety and working practices

A full UK driving licence

The ability to reliably travel to and from the yard in Stratford-upon-Avon each day

A valid CSCS card is desirable, as much of the work is carried out on building sites. However, candidates without a CSCS card may still be considered, with support available to obtain the required certification.
