Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm

We are looking for an experienced Landscaping & Fencing Customer Care Team Leader to lead a team of landscaping and fencing operatives across commercial and domestic projects.

The successful candidate will have previous experience supervising a team and a strong practical background in landscaping and fencing. You will be responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while managing day-to-day challenges and resolving unexpected issues on site.

• Leading and supervising a team of landscaping and fencing operatives
• Organising daily work and ensuring maximum efficiency from the team
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Turfing, including strip and relay work
• Shrub, hedge and tree planting
• Hard landscaping, including slab and block work
• Installation of land drainage systems
• Installation of new fencing
• Repairs and maintenance of existing fencing
• Identifying and resolving problems encountered on site
• Ensuring work is carried out safely and in accordance with site requirements
• Working effectively with clients, colleagues and other contractors

• Previous experience leading or supervising a landscaping/fencing team
• Strong practical experience in landscaping and fencing
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good problem-solving skills
• The ability to organise and motivate a team
• A strong understanding of site safety and working practices
• A full UK driving licence
• The ability to reliably travel to and from the yard in Stratford-upon-Avon each day
• A valid CSCS card is desirable, as much of the work is carried out on building sites. However, candidates without a CSCS card may still be considered, with support available to obtain the required certification.
