This position offers hands-on training while you assist with the preparation and execution of various footwear tasks for numerous productions. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with footwear preparation for stage performances

• Perform galoshing, dyeing, and decorative detailing tasks

• Maintain the Boots & Shoes workroom and inventory

• Follow strict safety procedures during craftsmanship

• Collaborate with the Senior Craftsperson

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience required

• 1-2 years relevant experience in theatre or film

• Knowledge of footwear construction and leather working techniques

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work overtime
