In a Monday-Friday schedule, you will direct the day-to-day maintenance activities of our building systems.
Your role will involve executing planned preventative maintenance and responding to immediate operational challenges. Smart values your expertise and encourages continuous growth through our training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead PPM efforts for all building systems
• Identify and execute on areas needing reactive maintenance
• Swiftly address plant faults to maintain service levels
• Prepare parts lists for timely repairs and maintenance
Requirements:
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Electrical Installations or an equivalent
• Valid 17th/18th Edition certifications
• Familiarity with CAFM systems essential
• Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC and control systems
