Leavitt Machinery is seeking a skilled Field Technician specializing in Heavy Equipment or Automotive Mechanics. This onsite role in Stratford, Ontario, offers a chance to engage in diverse machinery repairs and customer service responsibilities.

As a Field Technician at Leavitt Machinery, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining material handling equipment. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair machinery and perform routine maintenance

• Communicate with customers regarding repair details

• Order required parts and prepare them for job sites

• Maintain documentation for work orders and warranties

• Report safety incidents and adhere to safety policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in heavy equipment or automotive repair

• Provincial Heavy Duty or Automotive Journeyperson’s certificate

• Experience with hydraulics and electric engines

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver’s license for regional travel
