Client Relationship Manager, Customer Success Mgr./ CSM, Bilingual, Travel Industry
As a key member of the Leisure Sales team, the Leisure Travel Advisor will be responsible for managing clients' trips from trip inspiration to trip conclusion. This role will work closely with a team of travel professionals and report to the Regional Manager.
100% On-site position in Stratford, ON (mall-based location).
Expedition Expectations- Provide leisure travel sales by building a clientele of new and existing business.
- Have a keen sense of customer service, surprising and delighting clients.
- Problem solve and advocate for clients with our suppliers.
- Build a client base through Virtuoso marketing, local events, and personal networking.
- Sell DT strategic supplier products.
- Plan detailed multi-country itineraries, analyze different air routing for price and schedule, and arrange travel accommodations and services.
- Research and provide solutions to client travel-related problems.
- Provide excellent customer services to internal and external clients.
- Continue education via Virtuoso Travel Academy, internal programs, and travel.
- Follow design templates to create client documents for before, during, and after trips.
- Be comfortable in a sales environment with strategic sales goals.
- 2+ years travel agency or travel advising experience (asset).
- 5+ years leisure industry experience.
- 3+ years GDS (Apollo or Sabre) experience.
- Familiar with Virtuoso.
- Client base knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.
- Proficiency in GDS (Apollo or Sabre).
- TICO certification.
- Demonstrated professional customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a favorable company image when interfacing with outside sources.
- Proven pursuit of learning and self-development.
- Ability to demonstrate personal and organizational integrity.
- Capability of working in a team workplace, supporting management and staff, following policies, providing feedback, assisting in special projects, and taking on additional responsibility.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills that result in high productivity.
- Must be able to lawfully work within Canada.
- Must be able to lawfully work within the United States and have unrestricted work authorization for the US.
- Ability to work nights and weekends when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business education preferred.
