Position Overview:

The Front Desk Receptionist at The Skincare Studio plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for all clients. As the first point of contact, this position is responsible for greeting patients, managing the check-in and check-out process, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to the clinical and management teams. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced aesthetic clinic setting.

and Skills Required
  • Customer Service:
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients.
  • Multitasking:
    Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously with accuracy and grace under pressure.
  • Technology

    Skills:

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and appointment scheduling software; comfortable learning new platforms.
  • Professionalism:
    Polished, well-groomed appearance and demeanor consistent with a high-end aesthetic clinic.

Qualifications
