Lighthouse Dental Care is looking f or a part - t ime Dental Hygienist in Stratford, CT to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. As a Dental Hygienist at Lighthouse Dental Care, you'll provide exceptional care through routine cleanings, assessments, and education, while supporting a dynamic team of dental professionals. We offer a friendly, growth-oriented workplace where patient comfort is always a priority.
Part‑Time
ScheduleMonday, Tuesday, Friday and 2 Saturdays per month 8:30‑12:30
Compensation & Incentives- Competitive salary range: $50-$53/hour + monthly incentive bonus.

Responsibilities- Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
- Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols
- Education:
Associate or bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene - License:
Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) - Certifications:
Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
