Building Substitutes: $135.00 per day

Daily Substitute Teachers: $125.00 per day non-certified / $135.00 per day certified

• The successful candidate will be responsible for the seamless implementation of individualized instructional programs designed for students with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental delays.
• The educator must maintain a highly structured environment where evidence-based behavioral strategies are utilized to promote academic and social growth.
• Oversee the rigorous collection of daily performance data to ensure that all instructional decisions remain aligned with each student’s specific learning trajectory.
• Collaborate professionally with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), therapists, and supportive paraprofessional staff.
• Demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of reinforcement schedules, prompting hierarchies, and the execution of established Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Balance a nurturing, age-appropriate pedagogical approach with the technical requirements of behavioral science, and provide families with formal updates regarding their child’s progress and classroom transitions.
• Maintain a steadfast commitment to early intervention and the professional ethics inherent in special education, and lead a dedicated team to foster significant functional milestones for our youngest learners.
