Substitute Teacher K-12 – $150+ per Day

Our clients are seeking Substitute Teachers to work in schools in the Stratford, CT and surrounding areas. Multiple opportunities for daily sub and long‑term substitute teachers for grades K-12 are available.

• Regular school hours
• Starting at $150+ per day for Fall 2026

• Follow lesson plans left by the teacher for whom you are substituting in accordance with the district’s philosophy, goals and objectives.
• Maintain as fully as possible the established routines and procedures of the school and classroom where assigned.
• Meet and instruct assigned classes in the locations and at the times designated.
• Maintain a classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
• Model non‑discriminatory practices in all activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information concerning students, staff or parent/guardian in any public setting.
• Assist in upholding and enforcing school rules, administrative regulations, and School Board policies.

• Teaching experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fingerprint and background check, ability to pass Child Clearance and Act 16‑67.
• Copy of highest level of education.
• Current resume.
