Job DescriptionSikorsky Innovations, a cutting‑edge rapid prototyping and product development group within Sikorsky Aircraft, is seeking an experienced Electrical Designer to contribute to the design, development, and testing of complex electrical systems for aircraft applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog and digital design, with expertise in processing, I/O, PCB design, and power electronics systems, including DC/DC converters and inverter/rectifier systems.
Key Responsibilities- Design, simulate, and analyze electrical systems using modern design tools such as Cadence, KiCAD, MATLAB, PSIM, and PLECS.
- Participate in all stages of design, from requirements definition to hands‑on lab testing.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop innovative solutions for aircraft applications.
- Utilize expertise in high‑power/high‑voltage testing and design to contribute to the development of advanced electrical systems, including power converter systems.
- Create and implement PCB layouts, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- US person status is required as most programs and projects assigned are ITAR restricted.

Basic Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical Design.
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital design principles, including processing, I/O, PCB design, and power electronics systems.
- Proficiency in modern design tools, including Cadence, KiCAD, MATLAB, PSIM, and PLECS.
- Experience with PCB layout and high‑power/high‑voltage testing and design is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
- 10 years of experience preferred.
- Master's degree preferred.

Pay and BenefitsNational Pay Statement:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington and Washington DC is $122,900–$216,660. Benefits offered:

Premium Pay Statement:
The annual base salary range in major metropolitan areas of California, Massachusetts, and New York is $141,300–$244,835. Benefits offered:
