The candidate shall lead a direct and matrixed reporting Supply Chain Management and cross‑functional team to execute the Material requirements for the Army Air Force Market Segment future Black Hawk production capture.
WHAT WE'RE DOINGThe candidate shall lead a direct and matrixed reporting Supply Chain Management and cross‑functional team to execute the Material requirements for the Army Air Force Market Segment future Black Hawk production capture.
THE WORK- Set material strategy during proposal and negotiation phases
- Implement and execute material strategy for the future Black Hawk program of record, including negotiation, order placement, and ensuring on‑time delivery
- Lead material negotiations with the customer
- Manage obsolescence and new product development for future Black Hawk configurations
- Provide regular executive‑level briefings across RMS/Sikorsky on future Black Hawk strategy and implementation
