Must be local to Stratford, CT. Position is 100% onsite.

Shift: 1st Shift - Mon‑Thurs 5:00am – 3:30pm, some OT on Fridays or Saturdays.

• Seeking a candidate to work as a Jr Systems Engineer to support our team with a background in 3D modeling in 3DX, CATIA or equivalent platforms.
• The selected individual will work as part of a dynamic team supporting systems integration activities for military aircraft platforms.
• The candidate will apply human performance principles, biomechanics, and advanced 3D modeling tools to create anthropometrically accurate virtual humans and ensure optimal fit, reach, visibility, and ergonomics within aircraft cockpits and cabin environments.
• Duties involve human engineering requirements development and interpretation, 3D modeling, anthropometric analysis, hardware design, as well as providing support to test and verification activities.
• The role bridges human factors research, biomechanical analysis, and design engineering to deliver human‑centric solutions for next‑generation flight deck and cabin concepts.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Engineering or other STEM degree.
• 0‑3 years experience doing systems engineering.
• Experience with 3D modeling in 3DX, CATIA, or equivalent platforms.
• Pass drug screen & background check.
