The Army Air Force Program Quality Engineering Team seeks a highly motivated, creative individual to provide direct support to the Army Air Force Program. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of Program Quality for aircraft production, maintaining direct customer communications, applying FAR knowledge to support aircraft build and delivery, developing and participating in customer and executive level briefings, and coordinating with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Management on product quality and issue resolution.

This role may require work outside core hours to meet customer needs.

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product quality, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation, preferably in aerospace or defense.
• Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and their application to aircraft build and delivery.
• Strong understanding of aircraft products, processes, and quality systems.
• Proficiency with desktop PC applications (Microsoft Office suite, data analysis tools) and quality management information systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience creating and delivering technical briefings to customers, executives, and cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to work outside core business hours as needed to support customer requirements.

• Self‑starter capable of working in a fast‑paced, changing environment with minimal supervision.
• Master’s Degree in Business or Engineering related discipline.
• Program Quality Management and Quality Engineering experience.
• Experience implementing and maintaining AS9100‑certified Quality Management Systems.
• Extensive knowledge of FAR regulations and requirements.
• Experience working with Sikorsky helicopter products, manufacturing environment, and flight hangar.
• Working knowledge of DOD contract requirements.
• Working knowledge of aircraft logbooks and manuals.
• Experience in root cause analysis, mistake proofing, project management, and technical writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4‑hour day, 3 days off per week (4×10 schedule).
