** THE WORK*
* Due to our ongoing focus on existing RMS talent and affordability within Sikorsky, only qualified RMS employees will be considered for this role and preference will be given to employees directly supporting the Sikorsky line of business

 Responsible for delivery of LSA data including, but not limited to, Level of Repair Analysis  LORA , Maintenance Task Analysis  MTA , & Reliability Centered Maintenance  RCM  Analysis to internal and external customers in accordance with cost, schedule, quality and technical performance requirements as agreed to by contract

 Be cognizant of International Trade Compliance  ITC  policies including interpretation of company policies and procedures, work instructions, and ITAR regulations in relation to Sikorsky LSA deliverables

 Support contract proposal initiatives by providing estimates as required for modifications and/or newly developed aircraft components

 Ensure authorized technical review/acceptance review of analyst/subcontractor submitted packages to ensure compliance with statement of work, Engineering source data and departmental quality plan

 The LSA Analyst will be the primary interface between the Engineering Integrated Product Team  IPT  and Logistics community

 Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with customer personnel

 Provide feedback on all project requirements, statements of work, budgets and schedules

 Provide/maintain inputs/status reports to LSA manager

 Maintain effective use of metrics for tracking quality of internal or subcontractor provided deliverables

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Masters degree  Considered experienced, but still a learner

Strong organizational skills;
Able to manage multiple projects of varied size and scope

Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance theory

Able to think and operate independently with general direction, to develop approach to solutions, where work is reviewed for adequacy in meeting overall objectives

** Desired

Skills:

* Aircraft Maintenance Experience  preferably helicopters

Working knowledge of relational databases

Experience with model based engineering

Familiarity with GEIA STD 0007B

Highly proficient communication skills  oral and written
