* The selected candidate will manage a group of Major Subcontract suppliers in support of Sikorsky Naval Hawk Programs  They will be responsible for ensuring timely placement of all related purchase requisitions and delivery of supplier material  The successful candidate will be responsible for compliance with all company policies and procedures with regard to placing and managing assigned supplier contracts

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* Bachelors degree from accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education

 SAP manufacturing system and managing complex systems and components

 Component qualification process

 Negotiating long term pricing as well as terms and conditions

 US Government FAR/DFARS and DPAS requirements

Skills:

* Experience managing supplier performance and subcontract relationships within the aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industry

Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute in a fast paced environment with competing deadlines

Strong communication and relationship building skills with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

Demonstrated ability to analyze supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to support program execution

Experience with purchase order placement, supplier negotiations, and contract administration

Experience supporting production, sustainment, or military aircraft programs preferred

Ability to interpret technical requirements, schedules, and contractual deliverables

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy

Experience collaborating across cross functional teams including Engineering, Program Management, Quality, and Manufacturing

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility  The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process

** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits

** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
