Chipton-Ross is seeking a Systems Engineer for a contract opportunity in Stratford, CT.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)

• Client is seeking a junior level systems engineer with experience in 3D modeling with a background in human factors engineering/research.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• The candidate will apply human performance principles, biomechanics, and advanced 3-D modeling tools to create anthropometrically accurate virtual humans and ensure optimal fit, reach, visibility, and ergonomics within aircraft cockpits and cabin environments.
• Duties involve human engineering requirements development and interpretation, 3D modeling, anthropometric analysis, hardware design as well as providing support to test and verification activities.
• The role bridges human-factors research, biomechanical analysis, and design engineering to deliver human-centric solutions for next-generation flight-deck and cabin concepts.

• Accredited HSD/GED

• Full-Time
• 4/10 work schedule
• 1st Shift

• Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
