Job Overview

Lockheed Martin is seeking a full‑time Early Career Financial Analyst for its Program Finance early career role within Rotary & Mission Systems.

• Work with cross‑functional teams to drive progress and performance, monitor finance changes and status, and facilitate communication between partners.
• Promote financial and earned‑value (EV) compliance based on program requirements.
• Utilize financial systems and communicate required metrics to ensure effective cost management.
• Prepare executive presentations accurately, concisely, and timely.
• Provide ad‑hoc reporting and analysis to Programs and Senior Management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/education.
• Knowledge of financial concepts such as income statement and balance sheet.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication and social skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, balancing conflicting priorities.
• U.S. citizenship.

• Experience with earned‑value management (EVM) and related concepts.
• Strong problem‑solving and forensic accounting capabilities.
• Collaborative nature and customer‑focused mindset.
• Willingness to take on challenging assignments.

• Schedule:
  
  4x10 hour days, 3 days off per week.
• Work location:
  
  Part‑time remote telework and on‑site at a Lockheed Martin facility.
• Maximum experience: 4 years and up, college graduate.
