• Cybersecurity Design & Implementation:
  Support the decomposition of Statements of Work (SOW) into actionable cybersecurity solutions. Design and oversee the implementation of critical cybersecurity capabilities.
• Collaboration & Strategy Development:
  Work with internal and external teams to enhance cyber résiliency across a portfolio of Owego programs.
• Cybersecurity Leadership:
  Lead the effort to streamline the RMF process and accelerate Authority to Operate (ATO) approvals.
• Security Lifecycle Oversight:
  Oversee the development of cybersecurity artifacts, ensuring compliance with NIST 800‑53 and achieving/maintaining ATO for systems and technologies.

• 9+ years of equivalent experience.
• Experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Experience with security architecture design, security audit tools, security requirements generation, and security testing.
• Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570 / 8140 certification required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance at the Secret level.
• Willingness to travel up to 10 %.

• Engineering bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience.
• Experience using Security Center/ACAS – Assured Compliance Assessment Solution.
• Scripting experience (Python, Bash, Power Shell).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with RTCA DO‑356.
• Experience navigating and securing Linux and Windows.
• Ability to analyze security reports and mitigate vulnerabilities.

This position requires a U.S. Citizen with a government security clearance at the Secret level.

• Part‑time Remote Telework: remote portion of schedule and subsequent onsite at Lockheed Martin facility.

  4×10‑hour day, 3 days off per week.
