The selected candidate will manage a group of Major Subcontract suppliers in support of Sikorsky Naval Hawk Programs. They will be responsible for ensuring timely placement of all related purchase requisitions and delivery of supplier material. The successful candidate will be responsible for compliance with all company policies and procedures with regard to placing and managing assigned supplier contracts.

Experience managing supplier performance and subcontract relationships within the aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industry Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external suppliers Demonstrated ability to analyze supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to support program execution Experience with purchase order placement, supplier negotiations, and contract administration Experience supporting production, sustainment, or military aircraft programs preferred Ability to interpret technical requirements, schedules, and contractual deliverables Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams including Engineering, Program Management, Quality, and Manufacturing

Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
