Skilled Careers are working with a leading social housing organisation looking to strengthen their Property Services team with an experienced Disrepair Surveyor.

• Managing complex disrepair cases as a Disrepair Surveyor across London-based social housing stock
• Surveying residential properties in London and producing detailed reports and repair specifications
• Leading disrepair case management from inspection through to resolution as a Disrepair Surveyor
• Liaising with legal teams, contractors, residents and local authorities across London
• Monitoring budgets, programmes and contractor performance on disrepair works in London

• Proven experience as a Disrepair Surveyor within social housing or a local authority environment
• Strong knowledge of disrepair legislation and housing standards relevant to London properties
• HNC qualified (or equivalent experience) in building surveying, construction or similar discipline
• Experience managing contractors, consultants and budgets as a Disrepair Surveyor
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across London
