Perform routine inspection operations on rotor blades, composite and component parts.;
Inspect standard detail parts, machining and assembly processes involved in the production of metal and composite rotor blades.;
Inspect visually and with measuring instruments various component parts for conformance with dimensions, finish, material and process specifications.;
Inspect assembly processes and adhesive bonding operations at various stages for quality of workmanship and conformance to specifications.;
Check completed blades for balance and quality of finish.
