Process main and tail rotor blades for overhaul and repair and production, including metal finishing and applying spray finishes on aircraft rotor blades.;
Strip blades of old finish and remove paint solvents from blade surfaces.;
Operate drying oven to ensure proper drying times for rinsed and finished blades.;
Prepare and apply filler compounds to repair surface flaws and blend them to match surrounding areas.;
Follow primers and coatings procedures to achieve uniform coverage and acceptable thickness.
