Basic Qualifications- Experience:
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in advanced manufacturing, with a proven record of leading large scale, highly automated production programs. - Design for Advanced Manufacturing (DfAM):
Demonstrated expertise in translating design concepts into manufacturable, cost effective components using modern DfM principles. - Rotorcraft Knowledge:
Direct experience with aerostructures and dynamic components (e.g., rotor blades, hubs, gearboxes) for rotorcraft platforms.

We are seeking a leader to develop and shape the strategy for our next generation of rotorcraft designs.
As a key leader of our design team you will:
- Develop both design methods and manufacturing methods for automated assembly of major aircraft components
- Work with operations team to design future factories
- Work with design teams to optimize designs for future factories
