Multi-Functional Mfg. Planner Supervisor

The Work

Position will support manufacturing assembly operations on the CH-53K program within Assembly & Flight Operations (AFO) and include spares revenue plans, MRP Metrics and material performance. Candidate will lead a unit team consisting of hourly Represented Hourly team within the Material Logistics organization. Successful Candidate will perform a wide variety of analytical and administrative duties involving diverse material management functions including Material Planning, Inventory Control, and interact with Supply Chain Representatives (internal/external).

Duties will include Shift based Assembly material delivery, material presentation to the factory, Material expediting to the floor, LEAN initiatives, Inventory reduction, and FOD Control. Develop an expert level of continuous improvement skills, as well as an understanding of key process inputs and outputs that support the departments operating plan.

Pay Rate

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.

Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered:

accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
