Help trim, break down, and process plants after harvest. Handle everything carefully so quality stays high through drying and curing.
Keeping things cleanWipe down and sanitize rooms, tools, and equipment. Follow the rules (state and company) so everything stays compliant and safe.
Getting product ready to shipWeigh, label, and pack product so it's consistent and ready to go out the door.
Keeping countTrack product as it moves, help with counts, and enter info into the system so the numbers stay accurate.
Being someone people want on their shift:Show up, help out where needed, and keep things positive for the team.
What You Need- Comfortable on your feet for long stretches doing physical work
- Good with details, reliable, shows up
- Can follow steps and rules without cutting corners
- Meets your state's requirements to work in a cannabis facility
- 21+
