Paying 22 - 25 per hour for this SMT Machine Operator position. Depending on experience.

M- F 7am - 3:30 pm

• Setting up SMT machines according to job specifications and ensuring smooth operation of the SMT assembly line.

• Performing meticulous PCB inspection, including visual and automated checks for proper component placement and soldering quality.

• Monitoring and maintaining machinery and equipment, making real-time adjustments to meet quality and production targets.

• Have 1 year of experience in SMT, with familiarity in SMT machine operation;
  Mirtec AOI experience with Juki is a plus.

• Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Are computer literate and can read and interpret shop floor paperwork, assembly drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs).
