Salary Range: $22.00 - $28.00 Hourly
Position OverviewWe areseekinga skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support production operations by ensuring maximumup timeofbrewing and packaging equipment. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and execute repairs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will also helpmaintainfacility infrastructure while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Director of Facility Operations
SUPERVISES:
None
- Perform routine preventative maintenance (PM) including inspections, lubrication, and equipment adjustments
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems (pumps, motors, conveyors, etc.)
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
- Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and optimization for production runs
- Maintain facility systems and support general building maintenance as needed
- Follow all safety standards including LOTO procedures, GMP, and sanitation requirements
- Maintainaccuratemaintenance logs and manage work orders
- Collaborate with production, brewing, and packaging teams to support operational efficiency
SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or similar environment preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of electrical troubleshooting (PLC experience a plus)
- Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues under pressure
- Experience working with pumps, motors, conveyors, and production equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset andstrong senseof ownership
- Ability to lift 50lbsand work on your feet for extended periods
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training (HVAC, electrical, industrial maintenance) preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability, including weekends or off-shift support if needed
Exposure to loud machinery, moving equipment, and production environments. Work in varying temperatures, including hot andcold conditions—potential exposure to liquids, chemicals, and cleaning agents. Frequent standing, lifting, bending, and physical activity are required.
