Quality Analyst - Sikorsky Core Quality

Role

The Sikorsky Quality Business Office is seeking a highly motivated individual who will report to the Quality Business Manager in the RMS Sikorsky line of business. In this role, you will support and maintain an AS9100D compliant Quality Management System (QMS) and collaborate with Quality Management and other stakeholder functions to advance our Quality business processes.

• Initiate, review, analyze and report on quality-related data/metrics from production, service, supplier or process improvement activities and analyze data using statistical techniques
• Help drive process improvements and cost savings utilizing a continuous improvement mentality
• Utilize lean initiatives to reduce waste and maintain continuous improvement in our quality business processes
• Help author and maintain command media related to our Quality Management System (QMS)
• Oversee administrative management of Stamp Control for the Sikorsky line of business
• Act as training administrator for Sikorsky Quality
• Support the execution and achievement of all applicable Lockheed Martin, RMS and RMS Sikorsky business objectives

• Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Knowledge of MS office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Flexibility/Adaptability
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in matrix team environment

• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prefer experience with Sikorsky helicopter and/or aerospace products in a production/manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Sikorsky processes and procedures related to aircraft production (e.g., Non-conforming material management, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and drive change
• Experience in the field of production quality assurance
• Ability to work multiple tasks in multiple process areas simultaneously

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
