The Work- Serve as the Quality Supervisor for the Stratford Final Assembly (CAFO) located in Stratford, CT.
- Oversee all aspects of quality supervision and inspection personnel for the H‑60 helicopter programs.
- Report to the CAFO Quality Associate Manager in the RMS Sikorsky line of business.
- Provide leadership to hourly personnel, ensuring alignment with Sikorsky Quality organization goals.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to support the Quality Organization’s key performance measurements, vision, and strategy.
- Manage collaboration with DCMA for contract statement of work compliance, non‑conforming material handling, and corrective actions.
- Oversee the grievance escalation process and maintain collaborative relationships with Local 1150.
- Schedule training for hourly associates and track metrics detailing hourly workforce labor hour activities.
- Support the execution of all applicable Lockheed Martin, RMS, and RMS Sikorsky business objectives.

- Appropriate degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Leadership experience.
- Familiarity with non‑conformance tracking, corrective‑action procedures, and root‑cause analysis tools.
- Proven experience in customer‑facing roles.
- Working knowledge of AS9100, ISO
9001, and other aerospace quality standards. - Experience interacting with represented employees and navigating labor contracts.
- Strong communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated critical decision‑making, prioritization, and succinct direction in dynamic business environments.
- Knowledge of Sikorsky processes and procedures related to aircraft production.
