FOOD SAFETY MANAGER - STRATFORD, CT.
Nuovo Pasta Productions, Ltd. seeks a full-time Food Safety Manager.
- Develop food safety/QA programs;
- inspect food-processing operations for FDA/USDA compliance;
- conduct risk assessments;
- analyze quality data;
- guide QA staff;
- maintain audit‑ready records.
- Req. Master's in Food Science or related field incl. graduate coursework in Biochemistry, General Food Microbiology, Food Sanitation & Quality Control; OR Bachelor's in Food Science or related field + 24 mos. exp.
- Daily local travel among Stratford worksites; no overnights.
- Quarterly travel to Cleveland, OH facility, 3-4 days/trip.
