Oversee the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor;
Manage the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are properly highlighted;
Manage the entire process of opening or closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring everything is in place for a smooth daily operation;
Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and addressing any urgent issues;
Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service
