• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food in the club, ensuring all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked.
• Maintain a neat, clean environment by removing trash and debris; keep display signage current and accurate.
• Apply labels and price tags to items; handle damaged or spoiled products per company policies.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and maintain compliance with club policies and procedures.
• Support the application of club policies, procedures and compliance; work as a team to achieve goals.
• Deliver a safe and positive environment for members and fellow team members; de-escalate member concerns when necessary and escalate as appropriate.
• Move with speed and agility in daily operations and continuously seek improvements to move as fast as the world around us.
• Demonstrate friendly, positive attitude and commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and other club standards (Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean).
• Understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for your department and connect execution to business impact.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.

• Previous grocery/stock experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to handle physical tasks: continuous movement on hard surfaces, climbing, bending, crawling, reaching, and lifting up to 30 pounds routinely; may require moving objects over 30 pounds with assistance.

• Most time spent moving about on hard surfaces; occasional exposure to temperature extremes from freezers, ovens, and coolers.
• May require exposure to cleaning agents and loud equipment; occasional shouting to be heard in noisy environments.
• Work in a busy retail setting with the potential for high activity levels and frequent interaction with members.

• Pay range: $18.25 – $22.36 per hour, depending on location, education, experience, and qualifications.
