Shop Rite - - Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise all functions and activities of the Bakery Department and its Associates to achieve department goals;
Lead Associates to engage and perform to ensure Safety, Friendliness, Presentation, and Efficiency;
Maintain temperature logs and production sheets and ensure compliance with food safety standards;
Greet customers, provide prompt service, and assist with onboarding and training of department staff;
Maintain department appearance, stocking, labeling, and compliance with policy and regulatory standards
