Our ServicesWe offer a vast array of services to sell and cross sell. They are brands that nationally recognized products. We also offer several price points for the homeowner and their budget.
Profile of the Ideal CandidateWe are looking for an individual with a background in remodeling or construction who will "hit the ground running" and start making money immediately. You must have the confidence to walk homeowners through the process of determining their needs, offering the right options to help them build the right project, measuring the job, and closing the deal.
A thorough needs assessment, professionalism, follow up, and follow through are the keys to success in our business – not a slick sales presentation. We will provide the finest sales training for the remodeling industry. Some evening or Saturday appointments will be required.

You will be working directly with the owner of the company, an established professional who is committed to your success. He is not a micro-manager; he expects that you work independently but is always available to provide support or help close a sale when needed.

- Remodeling and/or construction experience.
- 3 years sales experience.
- Able to take measurements, estimate jobs.
- Able to climb ladders.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Verifiable references.
- Excellent computer skills - MS Office, CRM (database), etc.
- Able to pass a drug screening and background check.
Salary plus commission. Once you are established, you will be paid on commission and earn more money. Expected to earn 125K+ during your 1st year.
