Outside Sales Representative - Industrial Coatings

Ring's End & Johnson Paint is seeking a driven full‑time Outside Sales Representative to build and grow our industrial and commercial coatings business across New England. Position Summary

The Industrial Coatings Outside Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with industrial, commercial, municipal, and institutional buyers across New England. This role focuses on selling Rust‑Oleum industrial coatings, Zinsser primers, Seal‑Krete concrete systems, and Benjamin Moore HP maintenance coatings.

The ideal candidate understands protective coatings, surface preparation, and application requirements, and is comfortable operating as a consultative seller in a long‑cycle B2B environment. Regular customer visits, project reviews, technical guidance, and proactive business development are essential to success.

This is a hunter‑first role - continuously identifying, pursuing, and securing new business while expanding existing accounts.
