Plumber Heating & AC

Wage Range: $30-$40/hr commensurate with Experience + quarterly bonus

Sign On Bonus: $5k

CT HVAC license required: type S1, S2, S10, and P2.

Plumber role focusing on the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems, including geothermal, hydronic, and radiant heating solutions.

• Install geothermal, hydronic, and radiant heating systems, hot water heaters, and gas piping.
• Set up boilers, hot water heaters, and gas piping.
• Troubleshoot system issues.
• Work with copper, PEX, iron, and other materials.
• Use tools such as soldering, Pro Press, and fusion welding.
• Read blueprints and create material lists.
• Balance water systems and inspect for issues.
• Ensure work meets building codes.
• Assist with project updates and work orders.
• Support the project team and report any issues.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.

• High School Diploma.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Knowledge of normal safety practices pertaining to the trade.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills, self‑motivated, flexible, and a team player.
• Good communication skills; written and verbal.
• Positive attitude with organization and prioritization skills.

• Minimum 3‑4 years of experience installing HVAC, heating/cooling systems, and temperature control systems.

• Valid driver’s license.
• OSHA 10 or 30.
• S or P license CT trade license.
• Employment/education verification will be performed.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

• Able to work in extreme weather, hot and cold conditions.
• Able to work safely in confined spaces such as attics, basements, closets, and crawl spaces.
• Able to work safely at elevated heights such as rooftops, ceilings, and ladders.
• Able to bend, crawl, stoop, stretch, and reach.
• Able to walk on uneven surfaces.
• Able to lift 50 pounds safely.
