Description
This is a full‑time, direct placement for Main Enterprises, Inc.
SummaryPlumbing Foreman collaborates with the project manager to install and/or repair plumbing equipment, components, piping systems and associated materials per the project plans and specifications while keeping safety a top priority in a commercial construction environment. Plumbing Foreman must also demonstrate the ability to understand and follow local codes and lead a crew comprised of plumbing mechanics and apprentices to finish a project on time and under budget.
Accountabilities- Valid CT Driver’s License
- CT Trade License – P‑1, P‑2
- CT Code knowledge
- OSHA 10 and/or 30 Certified for Scissor and Boom Lift
- Capable of giving direction and reading specifications & blueprints.
- Ability to manage a crew size of (2) to (10) workers successfully.
Job Requirements
- Climb ladders 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 ft. and extension ladders where scissor lift doesn’t apply.
- Climb stairwells.
- Use of all required PPE (personal protective equipment).
- Able to lift at least 75 lbs.
- Install piping systems per plans, specifications and coordinated drawings.
- Rig heavy equipment off load truck and equipment.
