Tyler Air is currently in search of an experienced HVAC Installer to join their Stratford, CT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.
Salary Range: $45.00 to $55.00 per hour.

Since 2005, Tyler Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration has provided heating and cooling for homes and businesses throughout Southern Connecticut. Tyler prides itself on providing innovative solutions to its customers’ HVAC repair and installation needs.
Responsibilities- Perform installation and service to residential HVAC, including Water heaters, PV Water Heaters, Humidifiers, Dryer Vents, and Dehumidifiers.
- Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.
- Develop basic knowledge of residential and mechanical piping and ductwork.
- Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean, safe, and up to high standards before departure.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- OSHA 10-hour Certificate preferred
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- 5+ years of experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills
- Technical knowledge
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills
