Pipefitter Foreman - HVAC

We are seeking an experienced Pipefitter Foreman - HVAC to oversee and manage piping installation and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of pipe fitters, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of workmanship throughout all stages of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of pipe fitters and other workers on-site.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards, conducting safety meetings and training as needed.
• Plan and organize the installation and maintenance of piping systems, including HVAC piping.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct inspections and assessments of completed work to guarantee quality and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to communicate project needs and updates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pipefitter Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of pipe fitting, welding, and installation techniques.
• Valid Connecticut S-1 or S-2 License and certifications for scissor and boom lift operation.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Experience with HVAC piping systems and maintenance practices.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with diverse groups
