Pipefitter Foreman - HVAC

We are seeking an experienced Pipefitter Foreman - HVAC to oversee and manage piping installation and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of pipe fitters, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of workmanship throughout all stages of the project. Key responsibilities include supervising and coordinating the activities of pipe fitters and other workers on-site, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and standards, planning and organizing the installation and maintenance of piping systems, monitoring project progress, conducting inspections and assessments of completed work, maintaining accurate records of work performed, and collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications include proven experience as a Pipefitter Foreman or in a similar supervisory role, strong knowledge of pipe fitting, welding, and installation techniques, valid Connecticut S-1 or S-2 License and certifications for scissor and boom lift operation, OSHA 10 certification required, valid Drivers License, experience with HVAC piping systems and maintenance practices, excellent project management and organizational skills, and ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with diverse groups.
