Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including heaters, air conditioners, and ventilation units.
• Install new HVAC systems, ensuring optimal configuration and integration with existing plumbing and electrical systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment, identifying potential issues before they result in system failures.
• Manage and mentor junior plumbing staff, promoting a culture of learning and professional excellence.
• Ensure all installations and repairs meet local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
• Prepare and present detailed job reports and cost estimates.
