A leading nonprofit organization in Stratford, Connecticut is seeking a Swim Instructor who will provide direct leadership and motivation for swim lesson participants. The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old and will need to obtain certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid within 60 days of hire. Responsibilities include instructing swim lessons per YMCA guidelines, ensuring participant safety, and maintaining positive relationships with members and participants.

Flexible hours including some weekends may be required.
