Position Summary:

Oversees resolution of incoming/outgoing shipment discrepancies, escalates critical issues, and engages with stakeholders. Leads coordination and confirmation of receipt/shipping documentation for internal and external customers and serves as point of contact for priority shipments.

• Pick and fill orders using a laptop computer for lighting products, machine parts, or special customer requirements.
• Offload material from delivery trucks, sort, reconcile, enter information into the ERP system, and prepare for counting processes.
• Open and close office/warehouse building using access keys and security codes.
• Operate warehouse forklift and Raymond picker to pull and return parts from inventory.
• Process orders and update the ERP system and/or customer portal.
• Lift and carry cartons weighing up to 50 lbs, manage cartons in excess of 35 lbs using safety tools.
• Operate company delivery truck for movement of material between buildings or customer deliveries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 6‑8 years of related work experience.
• 1‑3 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in international trade, export, and logistics.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Warehouse experience.
• Experience operating material‑handling equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of U.S. export control compliance.

Security clearance not required. Position is 100% onsite. No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance provided. This is not a safety‑sensitive position.
