This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Westfield-Stratford. The Retail Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring merchandise is displayed effectively, and implementing company policies and promotions. The role also involves staff recruitment, training, and scheduling, as well as resolving customer inquiries and maintaining store appearance.

• Retail management experience with skills in team leadership, employee training, and scheduling
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver excellent customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently
• Proficiency in inventory management, visual merchandising, and store operations
• Ability to analyse sales data, set goals, and implement strategies to achieve business objectives
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset
• Experience in the luggage or travel retail industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
