Feed Mill Operator Delivery Specialist

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

InsightFS is headquartered in Jefferson, Wisconsin with
23 branches across the state and upper peninsula of Michigan. Insight FS
has 430+ employees (including seasonal workers) and approximately 50,000
customers. The cooperative does business in agronomy, agri-finance,
precision agriculture, nutrient management, energy, feed, grain, and
turf. InsightFS is part of the GROWMARK System, an agricultural
cooperative serving more than 100,000 customers across North America and

to include mixing, processing, loading and transporting feed and other
products to customers and other facilities as directed.

• feeds,ensuringpropersequencing of products to produce the correct feeds.
• Assists with inventory and recordsof all feeds. Protects product from
• damage. Maintains proper inventorypaperwork atthe
• facilityfordeliveriesandcompletes physical inventoriesas required.
• Monitors inventory for current seasonal and daily needs. Maintains
• arecord of each batch of feed produced to document a quality
• manufacturing program. Maintainsrecordsof all medicated feed additives
• as required by state law. Responsible for keeping the Branch Manager
• informed of the need for major building and equipment repairs as well as
• recommendations for annual fixed asset purchases. Responsible for
• location housekeeping. Responsible for safe use of tools and
• equipment and appropriate use of personal protective equipment
• byallemployees at the locationandreporting unsafe conditions to the
• Location Manager. Responsible for delivery of products to customers.

• and 3years or moreof related work experience. Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift operation certification and Commercial Driver's License. Hazmat & Tanker endorsements and Mixer Loader Pesticide Certified & Licenseare Preferred.
• Demonstrates Essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Normally requires aCommercial Driver's License (CDL).Continuouslyexposed or required to:
