Southern Health Partners is hiring a Full Time RN or LPN to join our healthcare team at the Marathon County Jail

? What Will Your Day Look Like?You'll provide hands-on nursing care to patients while working as part of a collaborative healthcare team. Your responsibilities may include:
- Performing nursing assessments and monitoring patient conditions
- Administering medications and treatments
- Responding to urgent and emergent medical needs
- Communicating changes in patient condition to the appropriate healthcare providers
- Maintaining accurate and timely electronic medical records
- Providing patient education and supporting continuity of care
- Following established clinical protocols and standards of care
- Working collaboratively with nursing, medical, and correctional staff
We're looking for an RN or LPN who brings confidence, compassion, and strong clinical judgment to the team.
