Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Electrician/ Electrician Installation
Responsibilities
- Build and wire control panels using project electrical schematics, applying your knowledge of electricity, materials, and control equipment.
- Install conduit and pull wire for electrical control systems on skidded systems, following NEC, UL, IEEE, and other applicable standards.
- Travel to customer sites to support electrical installation and provide field service, seeing firsthand how your work supports real-world operations.
- Support project delivery by helping keep projects on scope, on schedule, and within budget.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to clarify requirements, solve problems, and ensure successful outcomes.
- Contribute to team success by assisting colleagues with their projects and taking on additional tasks assigned by the Panel Shop Lead or Automation Team Manager.
- Drive Continuous Improvement in the Panel Shop and Skid Wiring areas, helping us build better, safer, and more efficient systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned, giving you exposure to a wide range of equipment and processes.
- Relevant hands‑on experience in panel building, skid wiring, or a closely related electrical role.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and apply them in a practical, shop‑floor environment.
- Comfortable using PCs and basic software tools; experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is preferred.
- A service‑oriented mindset: you enjoy working with people, have a positive, professional attitude, and take pride in being helpful and reliable.
- A strong focus on quality, safety, and compliance, with an understanding of applicable electrical standards and regulations.
