Key Responsibilities for the Accountant:
- Code and process approximately 10-20 invoices daily to appropriate general ledger accounts.
- Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end accounting activities.
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Partner with managers and staff across multiple departments to support financial operations.
Qualifications for the Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience.
- Experience with invoice processing, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Manufacturing, food production, or CPG industry experience is a plus.
