Details for Office Manager Position: $25-30 / Hour Monday - Friday Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service Fast Start Date Weekly Pay In-Office Position
Job Duties for Office Manager Position:Oversee daily office operations and supervise three administrators
Work on-site and shadow each administrator for one week to learn their responsibilities
Report daily activities and operations directly to Brock Maintain organized records, take detailed notes, and ensure accuracy
Demonstrate strong computer skills and proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, Quick Books, and Quick Books Online Prior supervisory experience and bilingual skills preferred but not required
Follow all policies and procedures in place
Completes any other related tasks as needed
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
Strong organizational and communication skills with professional phone etiquette and clear spoken English Excellent customer service and a positive attitude with clients, technicians, and staff
Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Ability to sit for duration of shift
